Steve Hage
President
With a foundation of customer service Steve leverages his multi-discipline background to identify repeatable and sustainable processes on the various developments/investments he has been involved in over the course of his career. His experience includes acquisitions, land development, project financing, operations and management spanning a variety of industries and size.
Today, Steve enjoys developing and applying solutions for businesses with an emphasis on leveraging technology to deliver best-in-class service while reducing the reliance on an employee centric operation. Using the family investment vehicle, Friday Bay Incorporated, Steve and his wife, Sue, maintain capital positions in projects and firms across East Central Minnesota, Texas and Mississippi.
Sue Hage
Vice President
With a background in math, economics, marketing and store design, Sue helps with the project design and layout, along with crunching the numbers. Sue also creates the marketing materials needed to promote and finance the projects. She spent 15 years at Target Corporation - 5 years in Marketing and 10 years in Property Development, learning how to evaluate markets/locations, promote retail, design stores and partner with Real Estate, Construction, Architects, Engineers and contractors to build great stores. Sue has also acted as a General Contractor on a major home remodel and a new home and enjoying hands on building.
